The Year End Bookkeeping Series + Live Work Groups

You already know year end close is coming...
The question is:

Will you be scrambling in January, or will you already know the books are ready?

This year, you don't have to do year-end close alone.

You'll get the complete Year End Bookkeeping Series PLUS a small Work Group where you'll take what you're learning and work through it in your actual client books with Jackie Shaw.

This is not a presentation or another webinar where you take notes and promise yourself you'll do it later.

You go into your file. You pull the reports. You review the accounts. You find the problems. And you fix them.

JOIN THE YEAR END WORK GROUP

Year End Bookkeeping Series + Live Work Groups: $799

Only 10 people per cohort.

THIS IS NOT A PRESENTATION, THIS IS A WORK GROUP.

Every month, you'll learn the material in the corresponding course module before the live session.

Then we'll meet.

You'll be able to ask Jackie Shaw questions, see how other people are approaching problems, and get help identifying the things you may not have noticed on your own.

If there are particularly tough problems, Jackie is available for breakout sessions to look at your actual data.

Because sometimes you don't need someone to explain the concept again, what you might really need is for someone to look at your file and say: “Yep, here's the problem!”

YOUR YEAR-END CLOSE, MONTH BY MONTH

This isn't something you cram into the final week of January.
We're going to work through it before the deadline is staring you in the face.

OCTOBER 19th

W-9 Review + P&L Pre-Check
S-Corp Medical Check-In
We'll go through the books and make sure you've collected the W-9s you'll need for January.

We'll also begin reviewing the P&L so problems aren't waiting until year-end to surprise you.

NOVEMBER 19th

Balance Sheet Review
We'll work through the balance sheet and look for the problems that can hide in those accounts.

DECEMBER 17th

W-2 Tie-Out
Before the year is over, we'll review payroll and make sure everything is lining up properly.

We'll look for discrepancies and identify things that need attention before final payroll and year-end reporting.

JANUARY — WEEK 1

Liabilities
We'll work through the liability accounts and identify anything that needs to be corrected, reconciled, or investigated.

JANUARY — WEEK 2

Assets
We'll review the asset accounts and make sure they're properly recorded and ready for year-end close.

JANUARY — WEEK 3

Reconciliations, Reports + Send to CPA
We'll work through reconciliations, reports, and the final pieces needed to prepare the books for the CPA.

JANUARY — WEEK 4

Catch-All Final Work Group
A final meeting to deal with anything that's left.
Bring your remaining questions, weird accounts, lingering problems, or anything you're simply not sure about.

All meetings are 90 minutes.
January dates will be scheduled once cohorts are formed.

“I FEEL LIKE A BOSS ABOUT THE BALANCE SHEET.
I have been doing books for 25 years and I can finally say the BS doesn’t intimidate me after taking the Brass Jacks YE series. The YE series has armed me for getting a clean YE package to my CPA in record time!”
Staci Davis
“I haven’t finished the year end course yet but it was 100% worth it if only for the W9/1099 section. I think having it so affordable was really awesome.”
Deidre Hurd

WHAT IF YOU COULD WALK INTO TAX SEASON DIFFERENTLY?

Instead of realizing the balance sheet is a mess when the CPA asks for it...

You've already worked through it.

Instead of wondering whether payroll ties out...

You've already checked it.

Instead of spending January alone trying to figure out what you missed...

You're working through it with Jackie and your cohort.

And instead of sending the books to your CPA hoping they're ready...

you've done the work to know they're ready.
